Dolores Huerta Elementary School Opening

Congratulations to Desiree Manuel for becoming the principal for one of LA’s newest elementary schools – Dolores Huerta Elementary School — that just opened this year. We were thrilled to be there for the school opening celebration and we look forward to sharing a great weekend camp with the fourth and fifth graders in November with A Chance for Children and Canyon Creek Sports Camp.

By encouraging dreams and consistently exposing them to new experiences outside the dangers and struggles of their daily lives each child will have a chance for a better future.
